What is ClearSilk?

ClearSilk is a non-ablative, non-invasive laser that delivers micro pulses of laser energy to the skin safely, discretely and effectively. ClearSilk laser treatments have no downtime and  limited restrictions. So, this laser can be done anytime of the year, including the summer.  It targets diffused redness, rosacea, fine lines, wrinkles, pore size, and uneven skin tone and scars. Along with correcting redness, this is the perfect maintenance treatment following BBL and Halo.

What is Diffused Redness?

Diffused redness is the appearance of facial redness such as rosy cheeks.  This redness can be caused by dilated capillaries. The most commonly affected areas with diffused redness are the nose, forehead and cheeks and is often associated with rosacea.  This condition can also be hereditary.  ClearSilk gently reduces this condition and results in clearer, brighter, less red skin.  Until now, BBL(Broad Band Light Therapy) has been the best option to treat facial redness.  Now, a combination of ClearSilk and BBL can give you the skin you’ve always wanted.

How Many Treatments Will I need?

Treatment results with ClearSilk are often subtle, however, that will continue to improve with continuous treatments.  4-6 treatments are typically required for best results with recommended maintenance as needed.  These treatments restore the skins youthful glow and appearance.  For severe redness doing a combination treatment with BBL will assist in the end result.  Once you’ve met with Kelsey, she will determine if ClearSilk is appropriate for your skin. Contact our office to schedule your complimentary Visia skin analysis today.
