How Does Forever Clear BBL work
Targeting the acne bacteria deep in the skin, Forever Clear BBL is the best option to treat stubborn acne and the red scarring left behind. After a full assessment of your skin, your esthetician, Kelsey, will determine if Forever Clear BBL is right for you. Typically done in a series of 4 treatments spaced approximately every 2 weeks, this treatment offers fast results with no downtime. This is a 3 step light based treatment. The first step uses blue light to eliminated acne causing bacteria deep down in the pores at the source of acne development. Next, yellow light is used to reduce inflammation and acne associated redness resulting in luminous skin. Finally, infra-red Skin Tyte treatment is administered over the skin using quick light pulses to initiate the natural healing process.

Unlike many acne treatments, there is no downtime associated with Forever Clear BBL. It is generally a comfortable, fast and safe treatment. Non-invasive and typically gentle, there is no need for topical anesthetic, however, your esthetician may use the Zimmer Cryotherapy chiller to aid in comfort. Amazing results can be seen on most areas of the body, where acne is found. Including the face, neck and back. Depending on the area being treated, treatments can take as little as 20 minutes. You can expect to see an improvement after just one treatment, however, treatment time and number of treatments vary from person to person. In some instances final results may be seen up to 3 months following the last treatment. Immediately following the treatment, skin may be slightly red, which should resolve in a few hours. Immediately following the treatment, makeup can be applied.
Maintenance
Once the initial treatment package is complete, your esthetician will go over the proper maintenance plan for you. Maintaining your skin with monthly Diamond Glow facials, and proper skin care products can keep your skin clean and bright. Depending on your skin and level of acne, a maintenance Forever Clear BBL may be needed every 2-3 months. This will target bacteria and keep the skin clear.
